So, you tried to support a great idea and something isn't working? You should be notified by email or when you log in to your account that a pledge has been declined.
You will need to resubmit your payment. Follow the prompts in your user profile to see the projects you have supported, or head to the 'Pledges' section of your profile.
There is a grace period (7 days after a successful campaign ends) for all declined or failed payments to be resubmitted. After the grace period, we transfer all the campaign funds to the project creator and ignore any failed payments that haven't been captured.
If you have not resubmitted your pledge successfully within that grace period, your payment has been cancelled. You can always contact the creator about ways to support the project after the campaign has ended.
If there is no 'Fix' button available, it means that the project grace period has ended and your payment has been cancelled.
